International Orders
Shipping of International orders is usually via ocean freight. The average transit time is approximately 10-30 days. We ship to the closest major port. From there the customer can either pick up directly at the port or arrange ground transportation to their final location.
Customers are also welcome to arrange their own shipments for pick up from our factory location in NY. Please let us know your shipping carrier contact information and we will advise them prior to pick up.
Air freight is available at additional cost. In addition, all flammable items such as the fire extinguisher and battery will be removed by Mokai in compliance with FAA shipping regulations.
Import taxes, Charges and Other Duties will be the customers responsibility.
