Reservation Agreement

-By entering into the model reservation agreement you confirm that you wish to reserve a MOKAI ES-KAPE with MOKAI Manufacturing, Inc.
- This is a non-binding reservation agreement.
- Reservation sequencing will be at the sole discretion of MOKAI Manufacturing, Inc.
- NO deposit is required for this reservation agreement. You are under no obligation to purchase a MOKAI ES-KAPE.
- MOKAI Manufacturing Inc., is under no obligation to supply you with a MOKAI ® watercraft as a result of this agreement.
- This agreement can be canceled at any time (for example: you decide to cancel or abandon your reservation or if we decline to accept your reservation.)
- Your reservation will lock in pricing to current price at reservation date. Shipping charges and optional accessories are not included.
- Cancellation of this agreement will forfeit your reservation number and price lock.
- This reservation is non-transferable.
- This agreement does not constitute an agreement for sale of a MOKAI ES-KAPE watercraft.
- As production of your MOKAI ES-KAPE nears completion, you will be contacted with a delivery schedule. At this time we will collect final customer information as well as payment information.
- Payment will not be charged until actual ship date.
- If for any reason you cannot accept delivery of your reserved MOKAI ES-KAPE at ship date, we will consider that cancellation or abandonment of your reservation.
- Under no circumstances will MOKAI Manufacturing Inc. or its employees be held liable for any loss, including loss of business or opportunity, in connection with this reservation agreement.
- It is understood that at the date of this reservation agreement, MOKAI Manufacturing Inc may not have begun manufacturing of the MOKAI ES-KAPE model.
